Jill Gray

Administrative Assistant

 

Jill has worked for Masciel Real Estate Co. since 2011 as Administrative Assistant. As such, she processes real estate documents and property management documents. She is currently a Notary Public. Also, in her spare time she provides caring and compassionate service by conducting Estate Sales for families in need of downsizing or selling the belongings of a home of a deceased family member. 

 

When she joined the staff she brought a wealth of knowledge about organizational and administrative matters. Jill has worked as Operations Officer/Accounting Supervisor for Wells Fargo Bank’s Auto Lease Center for 12 ½ years. Over the last 19 years she has been a clerical and accounting substitute for the Fullerton School District. Jill has worked in all but 2 departments in the school district and has substituted for the Office Managers and Clerks in many of the schools.  She has worked for a Security Company and has processed background investigations, pre-employment screenings, security surveys and accounting. All of these experiences prepared her to manage the office affairs at Masciel Real Estate Co.

 

Jill is extremely engaged in her community: she has volunteered with Boy Scouts of America for the last 25 years and has received many awards, including the Silver Beaver Award from the Orange County Council and Fullerton School District’s Above and Beyond Award.  She has served as PTA President in both elementary and junior high school and has held several positions on the Fullerton PTA Council, including Treasurer.  Jill coordinates the Van Ministry at her church, Anaheim United Methodist, through which she and others drive elderly, non-drivers and handicap to church on Sunday.  The volunteer position she is most proud of is that she was a surrogate for her sister-in-law and brother-in-law and gave birth to their twin boys in 1992.
