Nicholas Latimer

Nicholas is a California native. Raised in San Diego, he spent a year at Chapman University until he was drafted and spent five years in the U.S. Army with stations at home and overseas. After this period, Nicholas spent several years in the oil and gas industry, in particular at Fluor Corp. With the completion of the Alaskan Pipeline, Nicholas began a career with Security Pacific National Bank, which later became Bank of America. Calling Anaheim his home for the last 35 years, he has been associated with West Anaheim Neighborhood Development (WAND). It was a natural move from banking into the business of real estate, where he has spent the last eighteen years. In addition to real estate, he serves on the Board of Directors at Hope University and other nonprofit organizations.
