Pat Blinn has been a resident of Anaheim for over 65 years and raised three children with her husband of nearly 60 years, who has now passed. She has participated in many local events, philanthropic organizations and local school activities over the years.
She began her career in real estate in 1976, selling apartments and commercial properties and joined the RIAOC investment group which afforded her the opportunity to network with fellow investors and agents. Soon, many of her friends and neighbors needed assistance in selling their homes or finding properties for their family members and she then realized how rewarding and fulfilling it was to help people with the process.
Pat has built her business by emphasizing relationships instead of transactions which led to a loyal base of repeat clients and referrals. She has a diverse client base - from first-time buyers to retirees wishing to downsize or relocate. She is highly skilled and is an experienced real estate professional. Pat is a longtime member of the Pacific West Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
Through her real estate experiences, she has had the opportunity to gain extensive knowledge by working with highly competent associates, which has afforded her to pursue investment opportunities toward her own retirement.
Pat loves to garden and in her spare time she can often be seen trimming her plumeria trees to give cuttings to her neighbors and friends. She always has time to answer questions or offer real estate advice to anyone that passes by.
